- Take a mule and mojito with a good slug of Lyre’s Dry London Spirit and you’ll end up with the Gin Gin Mule. This modern classic was created in NYC’s Pegu Club and it’s a snappy, delicious highball so refreshing its truly memorable. The ingredients are also in the title, gin and gin(ger). - INGREDIENTS
- 2 Parts (60mL/2 Fl Oz) Lyre's Dry London Spirit
- ¼ Part (7.5mL/ ¼ Fl Oz) white sugar syrup (1:1)
- ½ Part (15mL/ ½ Fl Oz) lime juice
- 3 Parts (90mL/3 Fl Oz) premium ginger ale
- 8 mint leaves
- METHOD: Add ingredients to glass, fill with ice, stir
- GLASS: Highball
- GARNISH: Plump mint sprig, lime wedge
- Cin Cin!
